Jason Evers serves as the President of the Falcons Athletic Booster Board. He is a proud graduated of the University of Louisiana-Monroe with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education, as well as a Practical Theology Degree from Christ for the Nations Bible Institute. He has over 17 years of leadership experience in the Hospitality Industry having worked at may high-end venues in Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. He also has more than 10 years of customer service experience in the Insurance/Claims industry. Proud husband to Claudineia and their two kids, both have been at Founders since their first year in school. While he has dedicated his time to the booster club, he has also served during the same time as a volunteer coach at Founders in the following sports: Softball, Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball.

Breanna Flores is in her first year serving as Vice President of the Falcons Athletic Booster Board. She is a senior-level design manager overseeing a small team of creatives at a print and digital media company. A graduate of the University of Dallas where she played NCAA soccer, Breanna has a background in journalism, data visualization, project management, marketing and branding. In addition to serving on the board, she also serves as co-Chair for Community Impact's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She is a mom to 3 kids, two of whom attend Founder's Classical Academy. Her hobbies include coaching youth soccer, consuming copious amounts of coffee, and reading.

Jennifer Custer is in her first year serving as the Secretary for the Falcons Athletic Booster Board. She is a former two sport high school athlete, and as such, she understands firsthand the importance of a booster club, and the support it provides the student-athletes. She attended DeVry University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management in 2003. Currently, she is a Senior Analyst for a local Mortgage Servicing company, where she was awarded for her “ALL IN, ALL WIN” attitude, which reflects the company motto. In addition, she is actively involved with her church and their community activities.

Position Responsibilities - Facilitates communication, collaboration on projects, as well as coordinates fundraising activities that involve the team. Promotes team unity and allows for the coaches to focus on the athletes and program.
